Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the furniture is in its original, showroom condition and securely packaged in its original protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
Scheduled Collection
Our specialized white-glove logistics partners will contact you to schedule a convenient time to inspect and collect the item from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
